WHAT WE BELIEVE

Common topics answered to help you understand our ministry better.

God

We believe there is one God who eternally exists in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal, co-eternal, distinct in person, yet one in essence.

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles, died on the cross for our sins, rose from the dead on the third day, ascended to the Father, and will return again in power and glory.

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, regenerates believers, indwells and seals them for salvation, equips them with spiritual gifts, comforts, teaches, guides, and empowers them to live for Christ.

The Bible

We believe the Holy Scriptures are the inspired, infallible, and inerrant Word of God. The Bible is the final authority for faith, doctrine, and Christian living.

Humanity

We believe humanity was created in the image of God. Through sin, mankind fell from fellowship with God and became separated from Him, creating the need for redemption through Jesus Christ.

Salvation

We believe salvation is God's gift of grace and is received through faith in Jesus Christ alone. His death, burial, and resurrection provide the only means of forgiveness and reconciliation with God. Salvation cannot be earned through human effort or good works.

Water Baptism

We believe every follower of Jesus should be baptized in water as an act of obedience to Christ and a public declaration of faith in the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

The Lord's Supper

We believe Communion is a sacred remembrance of Christ's sacrifice on the cross. Through the bread and cup, believers reflect on His body and blood given for the salvation of humanity.

The Church

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers everywhere. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, the Church exists to worship God, make disciples, proclaim the Gospel, encourage believers, and serve the world in Christ's name.

The Future

We believe Jesus Christ will physically and visibly return to establish His Kingdom. We believe all people will face judgment, believers will enjoy eternal life with God, and those who reject Christ will experience eternal separation from Him.

Our Commitment

We are committed to proclaiming both the grace and truth of Jesus Christ while remaining faithful to the authority of Scripture and historic Christian doctrine.
